2022 Zodiac CoinArt Collection

When our friends at the Shirepost Mint introduced their wonderful new Zodiac coins this year, we immediately sought to create a series of prints which not only highlights each constellation, but also offers a way to enjoy these beautiful coins each and every day with our Zodiac CoinArt Collection.
Humans have been looking to the stars for guidance for thousands of years. Constellation maps existed long before maps of the world. Over time, scientific and technological advances allowed us to stop relying so heavily on the sky to predict certain patterns. Astrology is simply a method of predicting earthy and human events based on the placement of the sun, the moon, and the planets within the astrological constellations.
Zodiac signs are often used to connect with others (love life predictions), understand personality traits and even the best way to decorate your home. Zodiac signs have long been a favorite for themed jewelry, baby toys, mugs, and home décor.
Our collection features a series of beautiful watercolor-style constellation designs. We can personalize each print with a birth date and optional name. After creating each print, we add metallic silver accents by hand, bringing dimension and a little shine to the finished piece.
The print is then mounted and displayed along with a stunning keepsake Zodiac coin. Each coin is struck one at a time in the U.S. using antique machinery and traditional coining techniques. It measures .87" in diameter (about the size of a quarter) and is made of 1/4 oz of solid .999 silver. Each framed piece comes with a gift card highlighting the sign and providing a brief description of the silver coin.
Most recently, we now offer our pocket token or charm gift sets. Each set features a personalized constellation mini print, ready for framing (see below). Makes the perfect birthday or even a newborn gift!
